But if there is something wrong with what you eat, such as salads that are not washed cleanly and contain pesticide residues, cold cuts of meat that have been left out for too long and have gone bad, or the same meal that has been eaten by several people, then don’t hesitate. The food is contaminated by pathogenic bacteria. Don't believe in detoxification claims at the time of pregnancy. It is easy to become dehydrated if you have frequent bowel movements, especially for the elderly, children and pregnant women. If you have fatigue, oliguria, or palpitation, you should go to the hospital immediately. Don't blindly take antidiarrheal medicines to hold toxins in the body, which is not good.
By the way, when replenishing water, don’t just drink warm water, add a pinch of salt and some warm honey water, or just buy a ready-made electrolyte drink and mix it with warm water. If you drink too much, you will become weak due to sodium and potassium deficiency, so supplementing with electrolytes is more effective than anything else. If you have a chronic problem of irritable bowel syndrome, it is best to blanch raw and cold healthy ingredients before eating them. Don’t follow the trend of eating raw foods. Healthy meals that are suitable for others may not be suitable for you.
