  Material

  practice

  6. Boil the eggs in a pot of water, take them out and soak them in cold water to cool.;

  7. Take the beef out of the refrigerator and cut it into thin slices. Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin strips. Cut the eggs in half. Peel, core and slice the pear.;

  8. Put an appropriate amount of buckwheat noodles in a large bowl, then place beef slices, pear slices, cucumber shreds, spicy cabbage, and half an egg on the noodles. Finally, pour in the beef cold soup, pour in a little sesame oil, and sprinkle with a little white sesame seeds.

  1. If you like spicy food, you can add Korean hot sauce according to your personal taste.
