Normal blood pressure range for men

By:Leo Views:453

Normal blood pressure is a prerequisite for blood circulation fluidity. Blood pressure remains normal under the adjustment of various factors, thereby providing sufficient blood supply to various tissues and organs to maintain normal metabolism. Blood pressure is the body's key ECG monitor. Normal blood pressure can not only maintain normal blood flow in the internal organs, but also reduce the chronic damage to the internal organs and help improve our quality of life. So, what is normal blood pressure for men?

Normal blood pressure range for men

The first thing that should be said is that the diagnostic criteria for high blood pressure for both men and women is more than 140/90mmHg. This means that blood pressure less than this value is considered normal blood pressure. However, the "China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension" implements classified management of blood pressure, and normal blood pressure is divided into two situations:

Normal blood pressure: 90-120/60-80mmHg

Normal low blood pressure: 121-139/81-89 mmHg

It is not difficult to see that a blood pressure lower than 120/80mmHg is truly normal blood pressure, which is an ideal blood pressure. If it is higher than this value and is lower than the diagnostic standard of hypertension, it can only be said that it cannot be diagnosed as hypertension. What's going on?

More and more studies have found that when the blood pressure of the body is below 120/80mmHg, the various physiological activities of the body's tissues and organs are in the best state, especially the friction resistance of blood flow in blood vessels, water flow, and the pressure generated, etc. are all in the most appropriate state. The contraction of blood vessels is also in the best state and is less likely to be damaged.

The diagnosis of hypertension in my country is based on the measurement of diastolic blood pressure ≧140mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure ≧90mmahg three times on different days without taking antihypertensive drugs. We all need to take a correct view. For patients who have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, we should proactively change the status quo and take antihypertensive drugs regularly under the guidance of a doctor. At the same time, we should pay attention to testing and follow-up visits.
