2. Local symptoms

3. Radiating pain. If you suffer from chronic prostatitis, the pain caused by it is not limited to the urethra and perineum, but also radiates to the vicinity. Lower back pain is the most common. In addition, the penis, spermatic cord, testicles, scrotum, lower abdomen, inguinal area (thigh root), thighs, rectum, etc. can be affected. It should be pointed out that although low back pain caused by chronic prostatitis is in the lower waist, it is easy to be confused with low back pain caused by orthopedics, such as myofasciitis, lumbar muscle strain, etc., but the latter is mostly near the belt, and is located higher than the low back pain caused by prostatitis, so it can be distinguished.

4. Sexual dysfunction. This is the most concerning issue for men. Prostatitis can cause loss of sexual desire, painful ejaculation, premature ejaculation, and affect semen quality. White discharge from the urethral orifice may also occur after urination or during defecation, and hematospermia may occur when combined with seminal vesiculitis.
