Bilateral testicular microlithiasis is an imaging finding of tiny calcifications in the testicles, which is usually asymptomatic. Most patients are accidentally discovered during physical examination or other examinations, and it generally does not affect testicular function or fertility. It is currently believed that bilateral testicular microlithiasis may be related to the obstruction of tiny ducts during testicular development, or it may be a manifestation after healing of certain inflammations. Although in rare cases it may be associated with testicular tumors, these are very rare. Regular follow-up examinations are sufficient and there is no need to worry too much.

Patients are advised to maintain good living habits and avoid external impact on the testicles. Appropriate physical exercise can be performed, but strenuous exercise that causes pressure on the testicles should be avoided. Pay attention to a balanced diet and eat more zinc-rich foods such as oysters, nuts, etc. Avoid long-term exposure to high temperatures and do not wear tight underwear. It is recommended to review the scrotal ultrasound every 6-12 months to observe changes.
